Students in high school (or have graduated in the current school year) or younger must be recommended by their private lesson teacher or school band/orchestra teacher. They may forward a link to a video recording of a solo performance to stephen AT urbanapops DOT org.

Professionals (college-age musicians or older) who have not played with the Pops may forward a resumé and a link to a video recording of a solo performance to stephen AT urbanapops DOT org.
